By booking a service, purchasing a subscription plan, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Clean Torque Detailing provides professional vehicle appearance services including, but not limited to:

Services are available on a one-off or recurring subscription basis. Full details of each service and tier are described on our website and booking confirmation emails.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 How Subscriptions Work

Our subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. By signing up to a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment. The billing cycle renews on the same date each month.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website in Great British Pounds (GBP) inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase, during which you may cancel without penalty.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] or phone us directly.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent months after your cancellation has been processed.

We will confirm your cancellation by email within 2 business days of receiving your request.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email within 24 hours. We may retry the payment up to three times over 7 days.

If payment cannot be collected after three attempts, your subscription will be placed on hold and services suspended until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to cancel the subscription entirely after 14 days of non-payment.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are kept up to date.

We take all reasonable care when handling your vehicle. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff during a service, our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item.
