By booking a service, purchasing a subscription plan, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Clean Torque Detailing provides professional vehicle appearance services including, but not limited to:

• Exterior hand washing and detailing
• Interior cleaning and detailing
• Paint correction and ceramic coating
• Engine bay cleaning
• Subscription-based wash and maintenance plans

Services are available on a one-off or recurring subscription basis. Full details of each service and tier are described on our website and booking confirmation emails.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 How Subscriptions Work

Our subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. By signing up to a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment. The billing cycle renews on the same date each month.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website in Great British Pounds (GBP) inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase, during which you may cancel without penalty.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] or phone us directly.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for any subsequent months after your cancellation has been processed.

We will confirm your cancellation by email within 2 business days of receiving your request.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• If we cancel or are unable to fulfil a booked appointment and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for that appointment.
• If you cancel a subscription within 14 days of your first payment and no services have been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund under UK consumer law.
• Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion for service quality issues — please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling-off period where services have already been delivered
• Missed appointments where you failed to provide access to your vehicle with less than 24 hours’ notice

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email within 24 hours. We may retry the payment up to three times over 7 days.

If payment cannot be collected after three attempts, your subscription will be placed on hold and services suspended until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to cancel the subscription entirely after 14 days of non-payment.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are kept up to date.

5. Bookings & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us by email.
• We ask that you provide accurate information about your vehicle (make, model, condition) at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges.
• We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You must ensure we have safe and lawful access to your vehicle at the agreed time and location.
• Please remove any valuables from your vehicle before a session. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
• You must inform us of any existing vehicle damage before services begin. We cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take all reasonable care when handling your vehicle. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff during a service, our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing vehicle damage or defects
• Indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of earnings while your vehicle is unavailable)
• Losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, vehicle faults)

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Clean Torque Detailing. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
